Paving Sand and Road Base - 10 cm Foundation
With our convenient combo packs, we’ve made it easy for our customers to order the essential materials needed for foundation building.
Optimal Foundation for Pathways and Patios
This combo pack is ideal for those building a pathway or patio, areas where heavy traffic won’t be an issue. As a result, a thick layer of road base isn't necessary.
This combo pack provides everything needed to create:
- 5 cm of road base as the bottom layer
- 5 cm of paving sand to level and lay the pavers
Simply select the number of square meters you need to cover.
Note: We always overdeliver by 10% of each material, as the product compacts (settles) when vibrated or rolled. This 10% extra is included in the price.
Other Variants of Combo Packs
The thickness of the road base layer depends on your project. In addition to this foundation option, we offer the following variants:
- Paving Sand and Road Base - 15 cm: Suitable for areas with light traffic
- Paving Sand and Road Base - 20 cm: Suitable for driveways and sidewalks with up to 4 tons of pressure
- Paving Sand and Road Base - 30 cm: Suitable for driveways and sidewalks with heavy traffic, such as trucks
How Our Combo Packs Are Delivered
We deliver road base and paving sand in bigbags. The number of square meters determines the number of bigbags delivered. You can choose from several delivery methods by entering your postal code here on the page, including the following options:
Sidewalk/Driveway Delivery
We deliver the ordered bigbags to the sidewalk or at the start of your driveway. This delivery method is always included in the price, and you can specify placement details in the comments section later in the order process.
Forklift Delivery
We offer forklift delivery, which is particularly suitable for locations where our large trucks can’t reach, such as summerhouse areas or garden communities. A forklift is 2.5 meters wide and requires minimal turning space, allowing it to reach most areas.
Crane Delivery
If you need the combo pack delivered over a fence or hedge, crane delivery is the ideal solution. Our crane truck can lift bigbags 7-8 meters away from the truck, allowing you to have the product placed right where it’s needed, saving you time and extra work.
