All products are delivered in bigbags or maxibags in either 1000 kg or 1 m³ (1500-1600 kg). You’ll achieve the best price per kilogram by choosing the 1 m³ option.
Wide Selection of Sand and Gravel
We offer a wide range of different types of sand and gravel. Below, you can read about the different varieties. If you’re unsure which to choose, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re ready to help you make the right choice.
Fill Sand
Our fill sand is a clay-containing gravel ideal for laying beneath products such as cobblestones, setts, or other paving. It is approved for use under highways, making it the highest quality for paving purposes.
Paving Sand
Paving sand is a clay-rich sand that is the perfect choice for laying tiles. The high clay content ensures stability and durability, and the fine sand is also easy to work with.
Gravel 0-8 mm
Gravel is used for the same tasks as tile sand but has a slightly coarser texture. Choosing between them is a matter of preference for your paving project.
Sandbox Sand
Sandbox sand is available in two colors: white and golden. This type of sand is washed and doesn’t stain clothing, making it perfect for filling sandboxes and providing children with a safe play area.
Building Sand / Construction Sand
We offer the best quality building sand and contruction sand on the market, called Quality E, the highest standard for casting materials. We provide both washed bank- and lake-material casting sand, meaning it’s either sourced from the seabed or from a gravel pit, then washed to be clean and ideal for casting. For casting projects, it’s crucial that the sand is washed to remove clay content that can compromise concrete.
Washed Sand
Washed sand is a golden sand of high quality, washed free of clay. This type of sand is suitable for a wide range of uses, typically where the sand doesn’t need to bind.
Beach Sand
Beach sand is the fine, soft sand we know from sandy beaches. It’s often used in sandboxes and for filling joints between tiles and paving stones. It’s also suitable for plastering work.
Play Sand (Certified)
Play Sand is a certified sand type for playgrounds, approved by playground safety standards as a shock-absorbing ground cover.
Sand for Lawns
For a healthy lawn, the soil needs to be well-aerated. If your lawn has dense soil, sand for lawns may be the right choice for achieving a lush, green, and beautiful lawn.
Filter Sand
Filter sand is used as drainage sand around pipes and buried tanks. It has excellent water-draining properties, making it ideal for protecting sewers, pipes, and wells. It’s also effective as traction sand for winter weather management.
Joint Sand
Our joint sand is excellent for sweeping between tiles and paving stones, such as cobblestones, as a jointing material. Joint sand prevents weeds from establishing, making it weed-inhibiting and easy to work with.
Plastering Sand
Plastering sand is a washed type of sand that is completely clean and easy to work with in casting projects. It’s typically used to finish a casting project with a smooth surface.
How We Deliver Sand and Gravel
We offer several delivery options for your purchased bigbags to suit your preferences. You select the delivery method by entering your postal code on the product page. Options will appear, and you can choose the one that best fits your needs. Comments for delivery can be added later in the purchase process. This also means you don’t need to be home when the bigbag is delivered.
Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery is to the sidewalk or driveway, meaning your maxibag will be placed at the start of your driveway or on the sidewalk. This delivery type is included in the price, and we ensure it’s positioned to minimize any inconvenience for cars, etc.
Truck Delivery
Truck delivery is highly convenient for areas with limited space where large trucks can’t reach, such as in holiday home areas or garden communities. For truck delivery, we send a truck equipped with a forklift on the back to place your item as desired. The forklift is 2.5 meters wide, allowing it to access most areas.
Crane Delivery
Crane delivery is ideal if you need your bigbag placed over a hedge or fence, allowing it to be placed exactly where it’s needed. This delivery type is also perfect if you need sand delivered directly into a sandbox, as it can be placed precisely there, and the bag can simply be cut open. The crane has a reach of about 7 meters from the truck.
