White pebbles in the size range of 8-16 mm

White pebbles is extracted and sorted at a few specific locations along the east coast of Jutland and features this beautiful white structure. The majority of these pebble stones are white (approx. 50%) combined with other natural shades, making these white pea stones truly beautiful natural stones.

The white pebbles is extremely popular and can be found at numerous country properties and residential houses across Denmark. It is mainly used in driveways as its size is perfect for the purpose. It is large enough not to get stuck in car tires while also being comfortable to walk and work on.

Note: The size of the stone is always stated based on its narrowest dimension.

White stones in many sizes

The pebbles 8-16 mm. is just one of the 5 sizes we offer from the white stone family. If you love the beautiful color variation, you can achieve the same look with the following types of stones:

• White pebbles 4-8 mm: A small stone that is particularly suitable for pathways and flower beds.
• White pebbles 8-16 mm: A widely used stone, especially popular for driveways.
• White pebbles 16-32 mm: A slightly larger stone, which is beautiful in flower beds and driveways where you want a coarser look.
• White cobbles 32-64 mm: A fairly large stone often used around foundations.
• White cobbles 80-120 mm: The largest in the family of white stones, which can be used as decorative stones or around foundations.

How is the pebbles delivered?

When you order pebbles from Maxibag, they are delivered in large big bags, which are easy for you as a customer to handle. You can go back and forth to work as you like, or alternatively cut open the bag so the contents flow out where needed. The big bag can be placed exactly where you need it since you can choose delivery with a mobile truck or crane.

White pebles is delivered in either a 1 m³ Maxibag (1,500 kg) or a 1,000 kg big bag.

Standard delivery

Our standard delivery is included in the price. Here, the unloading takes place in the immediate vicinity of the truck, such as on the sidewalk or in the driveway. If you live on a country estate with a turning area where the big bag can be placed, this is the delivery type you should choose.

Mobile truck delivery

Our mobile truck can get almost anywhere. If you need delivery to a summer house area or a garden community, it can often be difficult for large trucks to reach. A mobile truck requires 2.3 meters in width. With this delivery type, you can often have the bag brought exactly where it is needed, saving yourself a lot of lifting work.

Crane delivery

Crane delivery is smart if you need delivery over a hedge or another obstacle. It can also be a good solution if the Maxibag needs to be placed in an area where a weed control fabric has already been laid.

Note that large crane trucks require ample space. From the main road to the final address, there must be a clear height of 4.5 meters and a width of 4 meters. The crane truck can extend a Maxibag 7-8 meters away from the truck.

Do you need to be at home when receiving pebbles in big bags?

No - You don't need to be at home when our driver arrives with your big bag. Fortunately, it doesn't need to be brought inside the house, so our skilled drivers can handle it on their own. However, it's ALWAYS a good idea to provide a clear description of where the bag should be placed. This is done during checkout. This is also where you should indicate if you want to be called upon delivery.

Generally, our drivers are good at contacting you if they are in doubt.

Get weed barrier along with your pebble stones

Do yourself a favor and get a good weed barrier delivered with your pea gravel. The weed barrier can save you a tremendous amount of work by preventing most of the weeds from growing underneath. Weed barrier is used in areas where cars don't drive, such as against a house wall, around trash bins, etc.

Our weed barrier measures 2 x 5 meters (a total of 10 m²) per piece, and many customers purchase them by selecting how many m² they need per big bag. So, if you order 2 big bags to cover 40 m², you should select 20 m² on the list with weed fabric per big bag.

Our fabric is of the absolute best quality. A strong and durable quality. If you buy a thin quality, it will tear quickly, and you won't achieve the desired effect.
