Dark grey granite chippings are for those who want a granite chipping that has an exceptionally uniform color and is slightly lighter than the black granite chippings. The dark grey chippings complement almost everything, as their neutral color allows them to be combined and matched with most settings.
These beautiful chippings are available in two different sizes, which you can see below. For driveways, we recommend the size 11-16 mm, while 16-22 mm is best suited for garden beds. However, there are no strict rules, and you can always order a sample if you wish to see the stone before purchasing.
Note: The size of the chippings is always measured by their narrowest dimension.
How to Choose the Right Size Dark Grey Granite Chippings
The beautiful dark grey granite chippings come in two different sizes. Ultimately, it is your personal preference that determines what is right or wrong, especially since both sizes can, in principle, be used anywhere. However, there are some general guidelines and advice that we usually give to our customers.
Dark Grey Granite Chippings 11-16 mm: This size is best suited for driveways, as it is large enough not to get stuck in car tires but still comfortable to walk and cycle on.
Dark Grey Granite Chippings 16-22 mm: This size is most often used in garden beds and landscaping. However, it can also be used in driveways if you prefer a slightly coarser look. Be aware, though, that it may be harder to cycle on.
Delivery of Dark Grey Granite Chippings

Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery, also known as "sidewalk/driveway," is the option for those who want their maxibag placed on the road, at the curb, on the sidewalk, or just a meter inside the driveway. This delivery method is free of charge. We recommend that you specify where you want the product placed when placing your order, so the driver can follow your instructions.
Delivery with Forklift
This option should be chosen if you want your maxibag delivered with a forklift. Our driver will arrive with a truck that has a special forklift mounted on the back. The driver can detach the forklift from the truck and transport the product to the desired location. This type of forklift can drive on all solid surfaces, such as stone, gravel, asphalt, and dirt roads. It is also used for delivery in allotments or other areas where large trucks have limited access.
Delivery with Crane
This delivery method is ideal if your maxibag of granite chippings needs to be lifted over a fence or hedge or maneuvered around other obstacles to reach, for example, your garden. The driver arrives with a truck equipped with a crane and places the product exactly where you want it.
