World-Class Pine Bark
Pine bark isn’t just pine bark – quality varies depending on its origin. We exclusively select natural pine bark from Portugal because it is more attractive, environmentally friendly, durable, and features a beautiful brown color. Portuguese pine bark meets strict standards without the use of pesticides, unlike bark from, for instance, Spain.
Sizes and Usage
Pine bark 25-40 mm is the largest of the two grades we sell. It can be used anywhere and has a slightly coarser look than the 15-25 mm variant. Both sizes are beautiful and functional, and ultimately, it is a matter of personal preference which size suits your project best.
Delivery of Pine Bark
At Maxibag.dk, we deliver pine bark in practical bigbags, making it easy to handle and minimizing cleanup. Bigbags are heavy and require machinery to move, so we offer multiple delivery methods to make things easier for you.
When you enter your postal code, you can choose from various delivery options tailored to your needs. In many areas, we also offer express delivery, so you can receive your pine bark quickly – often within a few days of ordering.
Sidewalk/Driveway (Standard Delivery – Free)
We place your bigbag of pine bark on the sidewalk or at the entrance to your driveway. We always ensure it’s not in the way of cars or pedestrians. This method is both simple and free of charge.
Forklift Delivery
With forklift delivery, we can place the bigbag in locations where a standard truck cannot reach. It’s a popular solution for summer houses, garden communities, or smaller properties. Our forklift can drive on gravel, but we do not recommend driving over tiles as the weight may damage them. We also avoid driving on grass or other delicate surfaces.
The forklift’s width is approximately 2.5 meters, and its height is 2.8 meters.
Crane Delivery
Do you need the pine bark lifted over a hedge, fence, or onto a hard-to-reach spot? Then crane delivery is the ideal choice. With the crane, we can place the bigbag precisely where you want it, saving you extra work.
Crane trucks require ample space to maneuver. There must be a clearance height of 4.5 meters, a width of 4 meters, and the crane can reach up to 7-8 meters from the truck.
