Gentle and effective ice and snow control for smaller areas
Make your paths, driveways and pavements safe during the winter months with Leca® Safe. Unlike traditional road salt and heavy grit, Leca® Safe is a light, environmentally friendly expanded clay material that creates a non-slip surface on snow and ice without harming the surroundings. Because the granules are extremely light, they float on top if the snow thaws and freezes again – which means the non-slip effect is maintained through changing periods of thaw and frost.
Leca® Safe is gentle on dogs' paws, asphalt, paving and garden plants. When spring comes and the snow melts, the light granules are carried away with the meltwater without getting stuck in drains or silt traps.
The 500-litre size is ideal for private homeowners, smaller housing associations or commercial properties with a limited area.

Delivery of Leca® Safe in a bulk bag
Having Leca® Safe delivered in a bulk bag is the ideal solution if you want a larger quantity of effective ice and snow control delivered straight to your door. The bulk bag works as a practical storage solution throughout the winter, where you can easily take what you need without mess, dirt or it getting wet.

To make your winter maintenance as easy as possible, we offer three flexible delivery methods. Simply choose the method that best suits your storage area or property when ordering, so the bulk bag is placed as conveniently as possible and is not in the way.
Our delivery methods
Delivery to pavement / driveway (included in the price)
This standard delivery is always included in the price. We place your bulk bag at the kerb, on the pavement or at the start of your driveway, so it stands safely and does not block car traffic. If you have special wishes for the placement, you can always note them in the comments field when ordering.
Delivery by forklift
Would you like your bulk bag driven right up to where the Leca® Safe will be used? With a forklift we can manoeuvre the bag all the way to the outbuilding or path system, provided there is a width of at least 2.5 metres and a firm surface. This solution is also ideal for holiday home areas, allotments or narrow access roads where our large lorries cannot get to.
Delivery by crane
If your bulk bag needs to be lifted straight over a hedge, a fence, a wall or into an enclosed courtyard, crane delivery is the right choice. Our crane lorries have a reach of approx. 8 metres from the lorry, which saves you a lot of heavy manual moving.
