Screened Top Soil with Growth Clay – 340 litres (0.34 m³)
Give your pots and smaller beds the perfect start. Our ready-mixed screened topsoil with growth clay is the ultimate solution for anyone who wants to give their plants the best growing conditions without the hassle of shovelling and mixing it themselves. The screened topsoil is sieved free of large stones and roots, while the mixed-in growth clay (LECA) ensures a light, airy soil structure and prevents oxygen deficiency at the roots.
What are the benefits of choosing top soil with growth clay?
Optimal drainage and no standing moisture: Traditional topsoil can stick together over time and become heavy – especially during heavy rainfall. The growth clay creates permanent cavities in the soil that let excess water drain away quickly, so you prevent your plants' roots from rotting.
Maximum oxygen supply to the roots: Plant roots need oxygen to absorb nutrients. The porous clay balls prevent the soil from compacting, which ensures constant air circulation all the way down to root depth.
Retains a light and airy structure for many years: Growth clay never breaks down. Whereas organic material decomposes and collapses over time, the clay balls keep their shape and ensure that the soil stays airy and easy to work with season after season.
Lasting moisture and nutrient management: In addition to draining, the porous surface of the growth clay acts as a natural sponge that can absorb and hold small amounts of moisture, which is released again when the soil dries out.
Flexible mix – with or without natural fertiliser
Standard mix (With soil conditioner): Contains 20% growth clay, 25% organic soil conditioner and 55% screened topsoil. Perfect if you want nutrient-rich soil for flowers, vegetables and new plantings.
Without soil conditioner: Contains 20% growth clay and 80% screened topsoil. Ideal for sensitive plant types or if you prefer to manage fertilising yourself.
The 340-litre size is ideal for filling pots, balcony boxes, smaller raised beds or replacing the soil in the greenhouse.

Choose the delivery method that suits you best
At Maxibag, we place great emphasis on you receiving your growth clay in the most practical way. We have built a flexible logistics system where you choose the solution that best suits your property and your project.
The placement of your bulk bag is crucial. Both to reduce the distance to the pots, beds or construction work, and so that the bag is not in the way if you are planning to use the contents over several rounds.
Delivery to pavement or driveway
Your bulk bag is set down at the kerb, on the pavement or a little way into the driveway. Simply state your wishes in the comments field when ordering – the driver will then place the goods exactly as requested, without you needing to be at home.
Delivery by mobile forklift
One of our most popular solutions. The driver brings a special forklift with large pneumatic tyres that easily manoeuvres on challenging surfaces such as gravel, stones, crushed stone and soft roads. Ideal for allotment gardens, holiday home areas with narrow paths or long private gravel roads.
Our forklifts require 2.5 metres in width and 3 metres in height to get through.
Delivery by crane
The ideal choice if your bulk bag needs to be lifted directly over a hedge, a fence or a wall. The lorry's crane places the growth clay precisely where you need it.
Our crane lorries can reach a bulk bag 6–8 metres away from the lorry.
